Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a request to Rapid Reach Solutions ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.

2. Liability Disclaimer
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or claims resulting from the use of its services. All services provided, including but not limited to photography, virtual tours, and marketing materials, are offered "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or outcomes arising from the use of its materials or services.

3. Use of Photos and Marketing Materials
By submitting a request, the Client grants the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use any photos, videos, or other media captured for the Client for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on the Company's website, social media platforms, advertisements, and any other marketing channels.

4. Non-Cancellation Policy
Once a request is submitted and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted unless the associated listing contract is officially terminated. In the event of a listing contract cancellation, the Client must provide written proof of such termination to be eligible for service cancellation without penalty. Otherwise, all fees remain due in full, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Payment and Fees
All payments are due as specified in the invoice provided to the Client. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension, additional fees, and/or legal action for collections. Any additional requests beyond the original scope of work may be subject to additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the property is prepared for photography or other services at the scheduled time. The Company is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or making adjustments to the property.

7. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Client’s use of the services provided.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
